Dear Corporate Sponsor,

On Friday, February 5, 2010 the Sportsmen's Club at East Bay Calvary Church will be holding its eighth annual Sportsmen's banquet. Each year has been a wonderful success with nearly 900 sportsmen attending last year. We gave away many great prizes thanks to the many sponsors who helped make the night possible. We are happy to let our guests know of your sponsorship and our guests often show their appreciation by patronizing our sponsors’ businesses.

Chuck McAlisrerThis year our speaker will be Chuck McAlister. Chuck is the host of Adventure Bound Outdoor T.V. ABO has a rich history of bringing quality hunting experiences into homes each week. As host of ABO, Chuck caps off every episode with a spiritual application. From the wilderness of Canada to the bayous of Louisiana and all points in between Chuck and the ABO team reveals the majesty of our creator’s magnificent creation. Chuck received his B.A. from Clemson University, his Master of Divinity degree from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and his Doctorate of Ministry from New Orleans Theological Seminary. Chuck is married to Janice; also an avid hunter and they have 2 sons, Chris & Jeff.
We feel very fortunate to have numerous companies participate with us as corporate sponsors. Not only does this give us the chance to promote your business to all the sportsmen who attend, but it helps to make a great event like this possible. Some have sponsored guns, some fishing or camping gear, plus other wonderful prizes. Others have joined in by donating cash gifts. Each sponsor's name is displayed during the banquet on a Power Point presentation as a form of advertisement and also they are given promotion space in our color printed Sportsmen's Notebook, which will be in the hands of each person who comes through the doors.
Would you consider being one of our gift or cash sponsors this year? All donations are tax deductible, and all gifts are used solely for the Sportsmen's Fellowship. Your participation would be very much appreciated.
