East Bay Calvary Sportsmen’s Fellowship Donation Clubs

                   I.      BULL MOOSE CLUB: A contributor of cash or product gift of $1000 or more will be a member of the “Bull Moose Club”.  A contributor in this category will receive a full-page color advertisement in the Sportsmen’s Booklet, a 30 second video featuring your business to be played during the program portion of the evening, a full page power point advertisement, and they will be the sponsor of three gun giveaways with their name mentioned during each giveaway.

                II.      BIGHORN CLUB:  A contributor of cash or product of $500 or more will be a member of the ‘Bighorn Club”.  A contributor in this category will receive a half page color advertisement in the Sportsmen’s Booklet as well as a full-page power point advertisement, and their name will be mentioned during two gun giveaways.

             III.      CARIBOU CLUB: A contributor of cash or product gift of $350 or more will be included in the “Caribou Club”. A contributor in this category will receive a full page power point advertisement. Plus they will be the sponsor of a gun purchase with their name given during the gun give-away and they will be given a large sized color advertisement in the Sportsmen's Booklet.

             IV.      BULL ELK CLUB: A contributor of cash or product gift of $150 or more will be included in the “Bull Elk Club”. A contributor in this category will receive a full page power point advertisement and they will be given a medium sized color advertisement in the Sportsmen's Booklet.

All contributors will be listed on the color printed Sportsmen's Booklet with your contact information, which will be given to each of our guests.  The size of this listing will be determined by the level of sponsorship.  The power point presentations will run throughout the first portion of the banquet and during any breaks. This is our way of expressing appreciation to those who have helped to make the banquet possible, and serves as a promotional venue for the contributor.

*** NOTE TO CONTRIBUTORS: All donations are tax deductible. We reserve the right to approve all products before acceptance.  We will work with each sponsor to reach an agreement on the fair market value of the property donated.  East Bay Calvary Sportsman’s fellowship is a part of the men’s ministry of East Bay Calvary.
